Maximum expansion plan

1. Layer 1: import the full World Bank topic catalog and indicator metadata into the local DB.
2. Layer 2: activate 50–100 high-intent indicators across economy, population, inflation, health, education, and climate.
3. Layer 3: roll out topic hubs, ranking pages, collections, and country+indicator pages for each new wave.
4. Layer 4: grow the active surface to 300–500 indicators and strengthen long-tail SEO on region, income-group, and compare pages.
5. Layer 5: connect batch OG-image generation, sitemap batching, and mass page export.

What is already implemented

• Routes /topics/, /topic/{slug}/, and /data-coverage/ are wired into the router.
• Topic storage and coverage statistics are added to repositories and DB schemas.
• The next technical step is batch catalog sync and wave-based activation of new indicators.
